• Wedding cake and knife
• Special meals checked
• Crockery/cutlery and other utensils
• Liaise with beverage dept
• Confirm hospitality staff
• Staff change rooms
• Garbage bins
• Food disposal
• Washing up system
• Return of all hired crockery
