CUSTOMER TRANSPORT

Available public transport and timetables.
Quality and weight load of access including special conditions e.g. underground sprinkler systems under access area.
Private buses including their turning circle, driver hospitality and parking.
Taxis - informing the local taxi service is also a way to promote the event.
Parking area and trained personnel.
Contact local authorities for information and permission including Dept. of Main Roads, local council, Police.
Tow away and emergency service.
Backup transport system - just in case.
Transport to and from drop off point e.g. parking station and the entrance to sIte or venue.
Estimation of arrival rate.
Disabled people parking and access.
