Request for NetWorker Backups

To backup a machine we need the following details.

hostname (must be a fully qualified name in the DNS)
Operating system	Unix Linux NT Windows 2000 Windows 2003 Windows 2008 Netware Macintosh OS X (10.3 or greater)
Approximate disk space on machine	Gigabytes
e-mail addresses of the technical contacts (',' separated if more than one, but no spaces please)
General ledger account code for the backup charges	Class	R/C	Proj.	Analysis
Do you want copies of the backup sets made and taken to a location remote from the University Computing Centre? This is required for all machines hosted in the Computing Centre. It also checks that the backup sets were readable.	Please make offsite copies.
