Byways of Steam 5 page 35 shows 1064 coaling 3011 at Binnaway on 29th December 1961
Byways of Steam 3 pages 11,13 have two photos of 1064 at Murrurundi during May 1965. The close up view is a very clear shot with lots of detail visible. The same photo appears reduced in Roundhouse October 1981.
Railway Album No5has a photo of two coaling cranes in use at Eveleigh on 21/9/1968. These are probably 1064 and 1057. Another photo of the pair at Eveleigh, coaling 1919 in 1970 appears in Roundhouse April 1996 edition. In this photo primitive 'cabs' have been added to both cranes which do not appear in the 1968 photo. The cabs are constructed of corrugated iron and fabric.
