Brief psychotic disorder. This is pretty rare, but fairly impressive. Here some bad thing happens and the person becomes briefly psychotic. That is they start seeing things or hearing things, or come to believe things that are clearly false. This is weird stuff, and if we don’t know much about PTSD we know next to nothing about this.
I don’t think you have to know anything about it except that it happens. But it was just too weird and exciting to leave out.
